For over 30 years, Sam Koura has been renovating, designing and developing properties on Sydney’s North Shore, specialising in Castle Cove, Roseville Chatswood and Willoughby.
In 2010, after consulting on a number of projects, Sam established Koura & Associates and dived into the design and construction of multi-storey mixed-use developments.
Koura & Associates’ first development of this type was the Koura Building on Victoria Avenue in Chatswood with four commercial suites and 25 residential units. He then followed this up with yet another Koura Building on Strathallen Avenue in Northbridge with two commercial suites and ten residential units.
With another development in the planning stages, Koura & Associates is looking to add another multi-storey mixed-use development to its portfolio.
